Chicken Breasts
(4 servings)
4 chicken breasts, skinless & boneless
2 or 3 medium potatoes, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 T mustard
1-1/2 T mayonnaise
salt & pepper to taste
paprika
Lightly grease a 1-1/2 qt casserole dish and line with sliced
potatoes; salt & pepper as desired. Season chicken with salt &
pepper and place on top of potatoes. Combine soup, mustard, and
mayonnaise until smooth and pour over chicken and potatoes.
Sprinkle evenly with paprika. Cover with foil and bake at 350
degrees for 1-1/2 hours. |
