Pepper Steak
(6-8 servings)

1-1/2 - 2 lbs round steak, cut into thin strips
l medium onion, sliced
2 large green peppers, cut in thin strips
2 T oil
1 pkg brown gravy mix
1-1/4 cups water
1 T soy sauce
1 large tomato, cut in wedges

Brown steak with onion and green peppers in oil.  Stir in mixture of gravy mix, water and soy sauce.  Stir until thickened.  Cover and simmer 30 mins.  Add tomato wedges.  Simmer 10 mins.  Serve over rice.
