Sausage Balls
(yield: 8-1/2 dozen)
1 lb bulk sausage, uncooked
3 cups Bisquick
16 oz Coon's extra sharp cheese, shredded
Mix all ingredients by
hand and roll into approximately 1 inch balls. Bake at 375 for 20-25
mins.
Tip: You
can also melt the cheese, pour over sausage/Bisquick mixture, and when
cool enough to handle, roll into balls and bake. They will be
cookie-shaped instead of round. |
